Diversity enriches our conversations and broadens our understanding of complex issues, it fosters innovation and drives meaningful dialogue. Diversity is a core principle guiding our selection of speakers and panelists and we set out to create speaker lineups that reflect a balanced mix of genders, ethnicities, and age profiles ensuring that our discussions are rich and multifaceted.

A platform where all participants can contribute equally

Our commitment to inclusivity ensures that everyone feels welcome and valued. We have taken measures to accommodate various needs and perspectives, from making sure that our events are accessible to all participants to offering diverse dietary options, and creating spaces where everyone can engage comfortably. For the 2025 edition of Interchange we are refining the registration process to ensure that by default we are aware of any specific requirements of all participants.

We commit to create a constructive, engaging environment for all participants and specifically ask all our session moderators and speakers to be inclusive, respectful and open while avoiding political bias.

We are proud to uphold these values and are excited to provide a platform where all participants can contribute.
